Inspector General Putut Eko Bayuseno has been the Chief of Metro Jaya Police since October 31, 2012. He was appointed to replace Insp. Gen. Untung S. Rajab who was ready to retire. Bumi Plc has finally published its Annual Report 2012, including an extensive review of the financial position at PT Berau Coal Energy (BRAU) Tbk. Pretty much as predicted, Bumi Plc concluded that payments to the value of US$201 million could not be substantiated as having a clear business purpose. "Indonesian legal advisers have been instructed to provide a full report to the Litigation Committee on all options available to seek recourse and take appropriate action against wrongdoers," Bumi said.
