State toll road operator Jasa Marga (JSMR) will review its capital expenditure (capex) for this year, for maintaining its liquidity amid the COVID-19 pandemic. Currently, the toll traffic volume has fallen by around 30% as the government instructed workers to work from home and students to learn from home.
