It has been over two years after the first hearing of the trial of the defendants of PT Asuransi Jiwasraya’s graft case started. Back then the Attorney General’s Office (AGO) already froze the bank accounts of those suspected of being involved in the scheme, one of them is PT Asuransi Jiwa Adisarana Wanaartha, also known as WanaArtha Life. The Company cannot fulfill its obligations to its clients as a result. Clients are trying to get their rights back through various legal channels, but to no avail.
