Trading in shares of the flag carrier Garuda has been suspended since June 18, 2021. The Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) management is concerned about Garuda’s business continuity, given the latter’s persistent financial problem. So far, the airliner has not yet improved on debt payment, matured liabilities, debt restructuring, and other conditions impacting its business.
