Singapore-based EP ID Holdings, the new controlling shareholder of telco tower operator Centratama Telekomunikasi Indonesia (CENT), launches the tender offer for 2.57 billion CENT shares, representing 8.25% of the enlarged capital of CENT, at a price of Rp269 per unit, or Rp692.14 billion in total. The tender offer starts today (September 21) until October 20, 2021.
