Of the 28,049 people tested on July 27 in Jakarta, 5,525 had COVID-19. The number makes for a positivity rate of 19.7 percent. So, for the past three days, Jakarta has posted positivity rates below the 20 percentile range. It’s a sustained sign of improvement in the capital city.
