Local food producer PT Widodo Makmur Perkasa (WMP) will launch an initial public offering (IPO) for 30% shares in November 2021. WMP is the parent company of poultry producer Widodo Makmur Unggas (WMUU), with 90% ownership. The Company founded by Tumiyana expects to raise Rp5.5 trillion from the IPO to support its plan to invest Rp10.9 trillion in the next four years.
