Telco operator Smartfren Telecom (FREN) plans to issue 5.8 billion new shares, priced at Rp120 per unit, to raise total proceeds of Rp697.87 billion. Earlier, the Company said it had planned to issue 7 billion new shares, targeting to raise Rp700 billion, used to repay debts. The trading of rights is scheduled for April 28, 2021.
