PT Hutchison 3 Indonesia (Tri Indonesia) is reviewing some schemes for collaborating with telco provider Indosat (ISAT), including the backdoor listing in the capital market. Vice President of Tri Indonesia Danny Buldansyah said the talks for consolidating with Indosat are underway. The scheme of consolidation will be announced in April this year. The Ministry of Communication and Informatics received a letter for a potential business combination between Tri and Indosat. It has since approved the move.
