On Jan. 20, 2021, the Commercial Court of the Central Jakarta District Court registered a lawsuit for Suspension of Debts Payment (PKPU) against PT Bumi Hasta Mukti (PT BHM). The Court did not publish more information about the lawsuit, but this is not the first time the Company must deal with legal issues. Within the last three years, there are already three PKPU lawsuits filed against the Company. PT BHM managed to avoid bankruptcy until today, but can it escape the latest lawsuit as well?
