Global stock markets gained in early session on Monday (Dec 14) as investors cheered the FDA’s emergency use authorization for the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine in the US, with healthcare workers and elderly residents the first in line to be inoculated. Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJIA), however, pared some of its early gains as investors were concerned over the threats posed by renewed restrictions on the business activity, despite the roll-out of the first coronavirus vaccines. To subscribe please click here
