Retailers still show mixed development on their earnings this year, along with the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya (AMRT), operator of Alfamart convenience store outlets, and its unit Midi Utama Indonesia (MIDI), operator of Alfamidi stores, have maintained their bottom in the second quarter (Q2) and the third quarter (Q3). Meanwhile, Ramayana Lestari (RALS) and Hero Supermarket (HERO) faced a further hit in Q3. Matahari Department Stores (LPPF) have recovered its revenues, but its loss widened.
