The draft of the Omnibus Bill on Job Creation was formally submitted to the House of Representatives on Feb. 12, 2020. The original 1028-page draft covered various sectors of the economy, including energy and mineral resources. Since the beginning, the plan to form an omnibus law has already been accompanied by rejections and plenty of rumors. The Bill was passed into law on Oct. 5 despite the rejection. The final version was forwarded to the President on Oct. 14. What’s in it?
