Global stock markets ended mostly lower on Tuesday (Oct. 13) amid concerns on the worsening coronavirus situation. According to data released by the Johns Hopkins University, the number of people infected with the coronavirus across the world surpassed 37.8 million, of which at least 1.08 million people have died, and 26.28 million have recovered.
