After only one month of inquisition, the Attorney General’s Office (AGO) completed the docket of prosecutor Pinangki Sirna Malasari, who supposedly conspired in a scheme to help fugitive Joko Soegiarto Tjandra. Her trial started on September 23, 2020. Nothing new has been revealed in the indictment. Pinangki insists that she is innocent. The prosecutors indicted Pinangki with three charges, but although we have previously report on Pinangki’s involvement in the case (link: http://yosefardi.com/2020/09/on-jokers-case-where-are-we-now/), let’s look at the charges given.
