Indonesia’s active cases increased again by 541 on Tuesday (Aug 25) after four consecutive days of decline. Recovery rate, meanwhile, increased further to 71.5%, slightly above the world average, but fatality rates remains high at 4.3%. This suggests low testing despite growing capacity of laboratories. For almost two weeks we haven’t seen more than 30,000 tests per day, way below the minimum of 50,000 tests given its large population.To subscribe please click here
