State-owned PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Tbk (BBRI) said the Financial Service Authority (OJK) has asked to assist liquidity-troubled Bank Bukopin (BBKP), also to support the operation of Bukopin. BRI’s corporate head Amam Sukriyanto said on Wednesday (June 17) that BRI received a letter from the OJK on June 11, 2020, asking BRI to provide technical assistance to Bukopin.
