The Chairman of the Gerindra Party Lt. Gen. (ret) Prabowo Subianto is likely to continue leading the Party for another five years. So he may again run for the presidency in 2024. It will be interesting to see how this will affect Sandiaga Uno. The deputy chairman of Gerindra’s Advisory Council (and former running mate of Prabowo in 2019) previously expressed his interest to become chairman of Gerindra. Will Sandiaga remain loyal to Prabowo?
