IT service provider Metrodata Electronics (MTDL), booked net profit of Rp94.3 billion in the first quarter (Q3) of 2020, grew 10.1% from Rp85.6 billion in the same period of 2019. Sales of IT equipment during the COVID-19 pandemic supported the profit growth. Its sales rose 4.9% year on year (y/y) to Rp3.4 trillion. Sales of notebook contributed 60% of total sales for the distribution segment.
