Recently, the Singapore High Court published its decision on the appeal submitted by Kernel Oil Pte Ltd. It’s an appeal against the decision of the assistant registrar related to the lawsuit Kernel Oil filed against one Iman Djuniardi, the shareholder of a Swiss entity named Kernel Oil (Suisse) SA (KOSA).
