Astra International (ASII), Standard Chartered Bank (SCB), and Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited have on Monday (April 20) signed the amendment to the conditional share purchase agreement (CSPA) relating to the divestment of Bank Permata (BNLI) to Bangkok Bank. The parties signed the said CSPA on December 12, 2019, agreed on the divestment of Bank Permata at 1.77x of the book value of Bank Permata. With the amendment, the divestment value is changed to 1.63x of the book value.
