Property developer Alam Sutera Realty (ASRI) booked a net profit of Rp1.01 trillion in 2019, grew 4.4% from Rp970.6 billion in 2018, mainly supported by Rp209.7 billion gain on foreign exchange (forex) transactions. In 2018, it recorded a forex loss of Rp316.8 billion.
