Industrial estate developer Bekasi Fajar Industrial Estate (BEKS) booked net profit of Rp380 billion in 2019, declined 9.9% from Rp422.5 billion in 2018, due to lower gross profit and higher expenses. Revenues inched down 0.3% to Rp960.5 billion, while the cost of revenues rose 17% to Rp317 billion from previous Rp271 billion.
