Europe dominated new Covid-19 cases reported worldwide in the past 24 hours with over 2,500 new cases, but with small fraction of deaths countries like France and Spain have by far refrained from taking the draconian measures like those taken by Italy. Number of cases continues to decline in Northeast Asia (China, Japan, and South Korea), but alarmed with growing imported cases.
