Global stock markets gained on Tuesday (Feb. 11) as investors were hoping Chinese policymakers to roll out additional stimulus measures to help contain the impact of the coronavirus outbreak that so far has claimed over 1,000 lives. Also, investors welcomed the news that the number of new coronavirus cases in China declined for the 2nd time in 2 weeks.
