Giant food processor Indonesia CBP Sukses Makmur (ICBP) mulls to acquire Pinehill Company Limited, a holding company that owns four subsidiaries (Pinehill Group). ICBP said it has on Feb. 11, 2020, responded to the offer of Pinehill Corpora Limited and Steele Lake Limited, affiliated parties to ICBP, duly established under the laws of the British Virgin Islands.
