After a relatively slow start, President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo is likely to demand from his cabinet members in 2020. Beyond his usual push for infrastructure development, and the expected attention on the establishment of Indonesia’s future capital city in East Kalimantan, the President is also paying a lot of attention to the oil and gas sector. The President even repeatedly expressed his anger over the oil and gas mafia for putting pressure on Indonesia’s balance sheet.
