A little more than a month has passed since the Panel of Judges of the Commercial Court of the Semarang District Court decided to grant the lawsuit on Suspension of Debts Payment (PKPU) filed against six companies under the Duniatex Group. Until earlier this week, the team of administrators was reportedly still receiving bills from creditors. The administrators are to report the verification of the bills to the Supervisory Judge on November 8, 2019.
