Property developer Hanson Internasional (MYRX) plans to issue convertible bonds worth Rp1.1 trillion. Last month, the investment alert task force at the Financial Services Authority (OJK) had stopped the proposed short-term debt transaction as it allegedly violates the Banking Law. The Company must pay its liabilities to its customers that has a maturity of October 2019 to October 2020.
