Hong Kong’s Kings Key Ltd. signed a conditional sale and purchase agreement to acquire 40% of two toll road concession owned by PT Waskita Toll Road (WTR), unit of Waskita Karya (WSKT). The deal worth Rp2.1 trillion. There is a further funding opportunity of Rp 863 billion or US$61.2 million,” said Road King Infrastructure Ltd., parents of Kings Key Road King in a written statement released on Wednesday (2/10) through its subsidiary.
