President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo met with a number of civil society figures at the State Palace Jakarta on Thursday (Sep. 26). In the said meeting, the President was asked to issue a government regulation in lieu of law (Perppu) to cancel the revised Law on the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK).
