Charoen Pokhpand, the largest feed producer in the country, booked a net profit of Rp916 billion in the second quarter (q2) of 2019. It’s a 36.3% decline year on year (y/y), which is a weaker result compared to the 30.2% decline in the previous quarter. Revenue only rose 9.9% to Rp15.1 trillion, compared to a 21.9% rise in Q1. Operating profit also fell 40% to Rp1.24 trillion, higher drop compared to Q1’s 36.8% fall.
