The trial of Sofyan Basir, the former President Director of PT PLN (Persero) who is a suspect in the Riau Power Plant graft case, continues. On August 26, 2019, the Prosecutors summoned an expert witness who can explain the terms and conditions that applies on the articles used by the prosecutors in the indictment. As expected, the statements corner Sofyan’s position.
