Indonesia’s annual inflation rate inched higher to 3.32% in July 2019 from 3.28% in the previous month, and beating market expectations of 3.27%. Annual core inflation rose to 3.32% in July, the highest since February 2017 and also above forecasts of 3.17%. On a monthly basis, consumer prices went up 0.31% in July, slowing from a 0.55% gain in the prior month.
