Brent crude oil, the closest benchmark to Indonesian Crude Price (ICP), fell 4.02% to US$59.5 per barrel this morning to tracking downfall of global stock markets. This is a big challenge to the revenue side of the State Budget 2019 because the budget was designed with ICP assumption of US$70 per barrel.
