On July 25, 2019 the Commercial Court at the Central Jakarta District Court registered a lawsuit on Suspension of Debts Payment (PKPU) filed against PT Kagum Karya Husada and its founder one Henry Husada (Kagum Group). The one filing the lawsuit is PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Agroniaga Tbk (AGRO). There are no other details regarding the cause of the dispute, however, several information available in two other district courts pointed the Company’s apartment project named The Jarrdin @ Cihampelas as the problem.To subscribe please click here
