Shipping firm Arpeni Pratama Ocean Line (APOL) is set to offer 9.76 billion new shares, representing 112.56% of enlarged capital, priced at Rp454,557 to Rp518,458 per share, for converting its debt into equity. It also issues 2.06 billion warrants, or 28.14% of the enlarged capital, priced at Rp150 per unit.
