State gas producer Perusahaan Gas Negara (PGAS) mulls to issue bonds this year for refinancing its debt used to acquiring PT Pertamina Gas (Pertagas). PGAS acquired 51% Pertagas shares at Rp20.18 trillion. PGAS paid Rp10.22 trillion in December 2018, through issuing promissory notes to state oil and gas firm PT Pertamina.
