State-owned pharmaceutical firm Kimia Farma (KAEF) plans to issue bonds worth Rp1.5 trillion with the tenor of 3-5 years in June this year, to cover its increasing financial costs and to fund its capital expenditure (capex). It allocates capex of Rp4.2 trillion for this year, of which some Rp2.5 trillion are used for acquisition.
