State-owned telecommunications operator Telekomunikasi Indonesia (TLKM), or Telkom, plans to build a new data center (large scale) in Jakarta in the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2019, funded by its internal cash, bank loan, and bond issue. The establishment of a data center will take two years.
