Indofood Sukses Makmur (INDF) allocates Rp7 trillion for capital expenditure (capex) for this year, lower by 23% compared to last year’s capex of Rp9.1 trillion. Some Rp3.9 trillion capex will be directed to INDF’s subsidiary Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur (ICBP), Rp1.5 trillion to flour business through PT Bogasari Flour Mills, Rp1.4 trillion to its agriculture business, and Rp200 billion for logistic distribution business. Indofood targets a single-digit growth on the revenues in this year. Last year, it booked revenues of Rp70.19 trillion, a 4.6% growth year on year (y/y).
