As expected, Bank Central Asia (BBCA) acquired PT Bank Royal Indonesia for Rp1 trillion value. Bank Royal based in Bandung, West Java province, has core capital of Rp330.69 billion per end 2018. Its capital adequacy ratio (CAR) reached 58.35%. Per February 2019, the Bank has assets of Rp919.28 billion and credit was Rp529.71 billion.
