PT Bank Oke Indonesia (previously PT Bank Andara) was able to force PT Mandiri Finance Indonesia to restructure its debts after the Panel of Judges of the Commercial Court at the Central Jakarta District Court granted the lawsuit of Suspension of Debts Payment (PKPU) filed by the Bank on the second day of 2019. Mandiri Finance is now in their temporary PKPU period.
