MNC Land (KPIG) plans to issue medium term notes (MTN) worth Rp500 billion this year with tenor of 3-5 years, used to financing its two big projects; Lido City located in Lido, Sukabumi (West Java) and Tanah Lot (Bali). This projects value for US$2 billion, targeted to launch in May this year. Lido City is built on 3000 hectares land, consisting of resort and playing garden. Tanah Lot project consist of hotel, villa, and golf field.
