President Joko ‘Jokowi’ Widodo is determined to improve connectivity in Java Island, home to around 150 million population, with construction of Semarang-Demak toll road in Central Java province this year. In the meantime, power generation capacity is set to grow nearly 4,000 MW from newly built plants this year.
