Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) plans to issue subordinated bonds (subdebt) worth Rp2 trillion in 2019, to strengthenĀ its capital adequacy ratio (CAR) to stay above 19%. Per October this year BTN’s CAR reached above 18%. As of October 2018, BTN disbursed loan of Rp225.06 trillion, grew 19.5% year on year (y/y). Third party funds rose 13.28% to Rp177.98 trillion.
