Property developer Lippo Karawaci (LPKR) booked revenues of Rp3.09 trillion in the third quarter (Q3) of 2018 (a 19% growth year on year (y/y)), compared to Rp2.6 trillion revenues in Q3 of 2017. LPKR’s gross profit, however, dropped 39.8% to Rp683 billion in Q3 this year as cost of revenues rose 13.5% to Rp1.53 trillion. LPKR also recorded foreign exchange (forex) loss of Rp868 billion in Q3 Rp868 billion (80% expansion from Rp482.4 billion forex loss in the first half of this year).
