Singapore-based Serial System Ltd announced on Wednesday (Nov. 29) that its subsidiary Serial System International Pte Ltd (SSIPL) had acquired 20% shares of the newly listed PT Sentral Mitra Informatika/SMI (LUCK). SSIPL purchased the shares through the conversion of convertible bonds.
