PT Sariguna Primatirta Tbk (CLEO), the producer of bottled water CLEO, plans to launch the private placement, offering 1 billion new shares, representing 9.09% of its enlarged capital, to PT Global Sentral Abadi (GSA) which holds 51.64% CLEO shares.
