Indonesian stock market regained on Thursday (Nov. 22) as foreign investors returned to buying local stocks because of some positive market factors. The rupiah also strengthened to Rp14,592 against the U.S. dollar. The composite index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) gained 0.72% to close at 5,991 yesterday. Foreign investors booked a net buy of Rp218.87 billion, cutting year-to-date net sell to Rp44.85 trillion.
